1. What is the climate like in Cadiz?

Cadiz experiences a mild and moderate climate throughout the year. Annual average temperature is 17.6 degrees centigrade. Even on cool days, the sun is usually out which translates to year-round sunshine. The months of April to September are generally dry but comfortably warm with temperatures ranging from 25 degrees centigrade to 28 degres centigrade. From October to March, temperature averages 14 degrees centigrade to 20 degrees centigrade. December experiences the heaviest rainfall.

2. How do I get around Cadiz?

The bus is the most cost-effective way to get around Cadiz. There are plenty of buses plying different routes. Driving a car around the city is a challenge. The inner roads of Cadiz are quite narrow. Another option is to join a coach tour that generally lasts for an hour. You can get on and off anytime at designated stops. But the best way to get around Cadiz especially the Old Town is on foot. Actually, it is the only way to appreciate the sights in the Old Town. To get farther afield, call a taxi.

Cadiz (pronounced as Ca-deeth) is the capital of the province of the same name in the Spanish region of Andalusia. It is a tiny peninsula on the southern tip of Spain.
